William Freivogel, former assistant editor of the Post-Dispatch editorial page, is now the director of the School of Journalism at Southern Illinois University Carbondale and Associate Professor with the Paul Simon Public Policy Institute. He is also helping with The Platform.

Terry Ganey is the projects editor for the Columbia Daily Tribune, a former state capital bureau chief for the Post-Dispatch and a former correspondent for the Associated Press. His disclosure of Missouri's Second Injury Fund scandal helped send seven men to federal prison and made him one of three finalists for the Pulitzer Prize in investigative reporting.
