Exclusive opportunity for Press Club members: Hear Presidential Medal of Freedom recipient Ben Carson at Maryville University, Tuesday, November 30th, 12:30 p.m.
(Due to crowded parking lots, you are advised to arrive by noon.)
Press Club board member Tom Eschen, on behalf of Maryville University, is graciously providing a limited number of reserved seats to Press Club members to hear Maryville Speaker Series speaker Ben Carson on November 30th. Carson will speak at the Anheuser-Busch Auditorium on the Maryville University campus at mid-day (the exact time is still to be determined). Carson will enlighten attendees on his experience of overcoming poverty and becoming the world-renowned director of pediatric neurosurgery for John Hopkins Hospital at the age of 33. His life story recently was portrayed in the motion picture “Gifted Hands” starring Cuba Gooding Jr.
This is an “exclusive” opportunity for Press Club members – just one more reason why your membership in The Press Club of Metropolitan St. Louis is worth having and enjoying.
Reservations required to attend this event. Call the Press Club office, 636-230-1973 or email at info@stlpressclub.org. Your reservation will be confirmed.
