Three Press Club Members Receive NFPW Quest Award

Among the eight communicators honored at the National Federation of Press Women-Missouri Affiliate’s 25th annual Virginia Betts White Quest Award Luncheon this spring were three Press Club members: Verna Green Smith, Ph.D., Linda Matz Mantle, and Cynthia Frohlichstein. The award recognizes individuals whose performances reflect an enduring quest for the highest standards of professional ethics and excellence. Dr. Smith received the Lifetime Achievement Award. Proceeds from the luncheon provide scholarships for journalism students.
